The big day arrived and the buzz was palpable. Clear that this was one popular couple, it was a real joy and honor to shoot their wedding for them.

I met up with Vicki and Chris early in the morning and followed the couple out to New Deer Abbey to take some pre-wedding shots of them. Spirits high, I was able to capture some great shots of the couple, obvious that there was a real chemistry between the two.

I was asked by a friend to take some snaps of their new born, so of course I obliged as was another opportunity for me to get the camera out !

Euan and Rebecca contacted me some 2 years after I photographed their wedding at Dundas Castle to touch base and enquire if I would be willing to take on a non wedding commission - when they mentioned it was for a website they were putting together on cycling to work and asked for busy city scape shots, I was only too glad to accommodate them. Euan and Rebecca are both avid bikers and it made my job so much easier to have Euan cycle up and down the busy city center streets of Edinburgh to capture the shots they were looking for. The following are a few images from the afternoon.

The day of the wedding, and the sun was out, and the sky nice and clear. I really enjoyed this shoot, both Rebecca and David were fantastic throughout the day. My thanks also go to David's best men and the guys who were up for some comedy poses...here are a sample of the shots taken on the day;

I met Rebecca and David at the venue and we had a pleasant walk around the grounds of Glencorse. A stunning venue with a short walk from the church to the main house and surrounding grounds. Rebecca and David are a friendly couple and I was able to strike up a rapport with them fairly quickly. I am very much looking forward to their big day !
